Using 2 of these for a custom TR50 build to 100+J, the 2nd cover back edge had to be sanded/filed so it will align with the front edge of the first barrel cover.

Half way done with the build...

Very easy to set up.

A nice fit for the HD24 steel barrel leaving easy access to the thread cap.

It is brittle. Mine broke a chunk off at the rear against the gun's body, at the (odd-shaped) muzzle as I turned the tuning barrel extension it covers around. It would swivel off to one side because the two barrels were not screwed together really really! tightly. Almost there, but NO.

The barrel is very hard to push into the shroud! It cannot be rotated once inside. It has to be exactly in place and this is a trial and error process, requiring you to put in and remove the extension barrel over and over again.

Here's the issue: You must get this EXACTLY right and then use the two set screws to fasten tight the extension barrel inside so that when fully turn-tightened against the threaded tuner barrel's front end (it portrudes from the gun to accept accessories) the shroud is precisely flush with the gun's body. This when the internal barrel and extension barrel tighten FULLY into place/together. This is not easy. I was unsuccessful.

The shroud is exactly the black matte 'color' that Umarex's plastic body is. It looks like it was made by Umarex which is what you want in an aftermarket product.
